These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the State Attorney General Portal mobile application (the "App") provided by Bruning Law Group, LLC ("Bruning Law Group," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Eligibility and accounts
The App is provided for use by authorized users in connection with Bruning Law Group. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current.
License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your internal, authorized purposes. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Access, copy, or distribute App content except as expressly permitted;
- Share your account or grant access to unauthorized persons;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except where permitted by law;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the App;
- Use automated means to access the App without our permission.
Your content
The App may allow you to create content such as notes and to-do items ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to submit it. You grant us a license to host, store, and display your User Content as necessary to operate the App.
Confidentiality
The App and its content may include confidential or proprietary information. You agree to use such information only for authorized purposes and not to disclose it to unauthorized parties.
Intellectual property
The App, including its design, text, graphics, and software, and all related intellectual property rights, are owned by Bruning Law Group or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. The "State Attorney General Portal" name and Bruning Law Group marks may not be used without our prior written permission.
Disclaimers
The App and all information in it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information in the App is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bruning Law Group and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Nebraska], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the App will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [Nebraska], and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
