Frequently asked questions

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. You'll receive a link to set a new password. Be sure to use the email address associated with your account.

How do I sign out or manage my account?

From the home screen, tap the account icon in the top-right corner to open Account Settings, where you can change your password, sign out, or delete your account.

How do I delete my account?

Open Account Settings (the account icon on the home screen) and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated data and cannot be undone. You may also request deletion by emailing support@blgapp.ai.

I didn't receive a confirmation or reset email.

Check your spam or junk folder, and confirm you used the correct email address. If it still doesn't arrive after a few minutes, contact us at support@blgapp.ai.

How do I get access to the app?

The State Attorney General Portal is provided to authorized users of Bruning Law Group. If you need access, please contact us.
